Presentation & Slide Deck Outline Builder

Turn a topic into a slide-by-slide presentation outline — with one message per slide, speaker notes, and an opening that isn't an agenda slide.

The Prompt — replace [BRACKETS] with your details

Act as a presentation coach. Build a slide-by-slide outline for a [MINUTES]-minute presentation.

Details:
- Topic: [TOPIC]
- Audience: [WHO + WHAT THEY ALREADY KNOW/BELIEVE]
- The ONE thing they must remember: [CORE MESSAGE]
- What I want them to do afterwards: [DECISION / ACTION]
- Tone: [FORMAL / CONVERSATIONAL / PERSUASIVE]

Rules: one idea per slide, headlines written as full assertions ("Support tickets dropped 40% after onboarding changed", not "Results"), and an opening slide that earns attention — a question, tension, or surprising fact, never an agenda.

For each slide give: the headline, 2-3 supporting points or the visual to show, and 1-2 sentences of speaker notes in spoken language. End with: a closing slide that lands the core message, and the 3 hardest questions this audience might ask with suggested answers.

How to use this prompt

  • Define the single takeaway first — decks fail from having five messages, not from bad slides.
  • Use the assertion-style headlines as your actual slide titles.
  • Rehearse from the speaker notes, then cut 20% — live delivery always runs long.
