Use of PromptVibe
PromptVibe is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. By using PromptVibe, you agree not to use the tool to generate prompts intended to produce harmful, illegal, abusive, or malicious content. This includes but is not limited to content that promotes violence, facilitates fraud, violates intellectual property rights, or is designed to deceive or harm others.
You are responsible for how you use the prompts generated by PromptVibe and for any content you subsequently generate using those prompts in AI tools.
Accounts
You can use PromptVibe without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
PromptVibe offers paid digital products: one-time prompt packs and an optional Pro subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
The Pro subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.
No Warranty
PromptVibe is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that prompts generated by PromptVibe will improve AI output quality, produce specific results, or be suitable for any particular purpose. AI output quality depends on many factors beyond the prompt, including the AI model used, its current capabilities, and the specifics of your request.
We make reasonable efforts to keep PromptVibe operational but do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
PromptVibe and its operators are not responsible for how you use the prompts generated by the tool, nor for any outcomes — positive or negative — resulting from the use of AI-generated content produced with those prompts. You use the tool and its outputs at your own discretion.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PromptVibe's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any.
Not Affiliated
PromptVibe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Midjourney, Stability AI, or any other AI model provider or AI platform. References to these products and services are for descriptive purposes only. All trademarks, service marks, and product names belong to their respective owners.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PromptVibe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, please discontinue use of the service.
