Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026. This privacy policy describes how PromptVibe collects and uses information.

Information We Collect

PromptVibe collects the following types of information:

  • Email address — when you unlock a generated prompt, subscribe, or make a purchase, we collect your email address to deliver content and your order.
  • Account information — if you create an account, we store your email and plan (free or Pro) using Supabase to provide sign-in and your saved library.
  • Purchase information — when you buy a pack or subscription, our payment provider (Dodo Payments) processes the payment. We receive a record of the purchase (such as your email and what you bought); we do not store your full card details.
  • Prompt input text — the text you enter to describe your goal is processed by our AI generation system to produce your prompt. This input is not stored long-term and is not tied to your identity in our systems.
  • Anonymous usage analytics — we collect anonymized data about how the tool is used via Metrivo analytics. This does not include personally identifiable information.

How We Use Your Email

We use your email address to deliver your generated prompt to your inbox. We may also send occasional product updates if you have opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your payment details are entered on their secure checkout and handled by them — PromptVibe does not see or store your full card information. We receive confirmation of your purchase to deliver your product and manage your subscription. See Dodo Payments' privacy policy for details.

Analytics

PromptVibe uses privacy-friendly analytics (Metrivo, and where enabled Google Analytics) to understand how the tool is used — such as which features are most used, which pages are visited, and general usage patterns. Analytics data is used to improve the product.

Cookies

PromptVibe uses cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions and to remember your preferences. Where analytics or ads are enabled, our providers (such as Google) may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

PromptVibe uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • OpenRouter — used for AI prompt generation. Prompt input text is processed through OpenRouter's API. See OpenRouter's privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
  • Resend — used for email delivery of generated prompts. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering your prompt. See Resend's privacy policy for details.
  • Metrivo — used for anonymous usage analytics. See Metrivo's privacy policy for details.
  • Supabase — used for accounts and your saved library when you sign in.
  • Dodo Payments — used to process purchases and subscriptions as Merchant of Record.
  • Google — where enabled, Google Analytics (usage stats) and Google AdSense (ads on some content pages), which may use cookies.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data processed through their platforms. We encourage you to review them if you have questions about data handling by these providers.
