Refund Policy

PromptVibe sells digital products: one-time prompt packs and an optional Pro subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This policy explains refunds and delivery.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Prompt Packs)

If you buy a prompt pack and aren't satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll take care of it.

Pro Membership

The Pro membership is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. If you're not happy, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment.

How to Request a Refund

Email prompt@promptvibe.co from (or mentioning) the email you used at checkout, with your order or payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Delivery of Digital Products

Prompt packs are delivered instantly to your email after purchase as a downloadable file, and Pro features unlock immediately on your account. Because products are delivered digitally and right away, please review the description before buying.
