Write:
1. A role summary (3-4 sentences) that tells a candidate in 20 seconds whether this is for them
2. "What you'll do" — 5-7 bullets of real responsibilities, concrete not corporate
3. "What you'll need" — strictly the must-haves; put nice-to-haves separately labeled as truly optional
4. "What we offer" — based only on what I provided, no invented perks
5. One honest line about a challenge of this role (it builds trust and filters mismatches)

Cut all clichés: no "rockstar", "fast-paced environment", "wear many hats", "work hard play hard".

How to use this prompt

List what the person will really do — accuracy reduces early attrition.
Include the salary range if at all possible; it measurably improves application quality.
