Session rules:
- Ask me ONE question at a time and wait for my answer
- Mix: background questions, behavioral ("tell me about a time..."), and role-specific scenarios
- After each of my answers give brief feedback: what worked, what was weak, and how a strong candidate would improve it (mention the STAR structure where relevant)
- Ask realistic follow-ups when my answer is vague — like a real interviewer would
- After 6-8 questions, end with an overall assessment: my 3 strengths, my 2 biggest risks, and the one answer I should rehearse again
