Deliver:
1. Skills audit: what transfers directly, what transfers with reframing, and what genuinely does not. Be blunt about the third group
2. The gap that actually blocks the move — usually one or two things, not the long list I am imagining
3. Bridge roles: positions that sit between here and there, and are far easier to get than the target directly. Name the specific role types
4. The credential question: whether this field genuinely requires a qualification, or whether a portfolio and evidence of work is what gets hired. Do not default to recommending a course
5. Evidence to build: the specific projects, contributions, or results that would make me credible, and roughly how long each takes
6. The people to talk to and what to ask them, since most transitions happen through people rather than applications
7. A realistic timeline with three phases, and the compensation trajectory including the likely dip and how long it lasts
8. The honest risk assessment: what makes this hard for someone with my background, and what could make it not work
9. What I could test in the next 30 days for almost no cost, to find out whether I actually want this
