Rule: describe the visual qualities. Do not name a living artist or a copyrighted character to imitate. If the reference is a recognisable artist's style, describe the techniques instead and say so.

How to use this prompt

Save the style block from section 2 — that is the reusable asset, and it makes a set of images look like a set.
Test the three variants in section 5 before committing; models respond unevenly to style vocabulary.
Use your tool's image-reference parameter alongside the text block when consistency matters.

Why this prompt works

Style is a bundle of separable properties, and models respond much better to those properties than to a style label. Decomposing the reference gives you a block you can reuse and edit, which is what turns one good image into a consistent visual identity.

Variations to try

Build blocks for two styles and ask for a prompt that blends them at a stated ratio.
Ask for the style block adapted for a different medium — the same palette and mood as an illustration versus a photograph.
Ask what to change in the block to make the output feel older, cheaper, or more premium.

Common mistakes to avoid

Naming a living artist, which raises real ethical and legal issues and is banned on some platforms.
Copying the reference subject along with the style, producing a near-duplicate of someone else's work.
Changing subject and style block simultaneously, so you cannot tell which caused the result.
